White firm fish (like cod).
Mayonnaise
Lawry’s seasoning
Crumb topping

Season fish with Lawry's seasoning salt.

Spread some mayo on fish (maybe 2 Tbl or so). Top with crumbs.

Bake according to fish type/thickness, size. Generally a normal cod filet is 15 min. at 400.

If using frozen bagged fish (like Costco type) follow cooking directions on the bag.

1 box corn flakes
1 stick of butter

Crush corn flakes in the bag with a rolling pin.

Melt butter in large skillet. Add crumbs and stir to coat.

Stir and cook until lightly toasted and cool.

Make an entire box and store crumbs in freezer for future use.
