6 apples, peeled and cut up
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup orange juice
3 T. butter
Sprinkle of salt
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except for salt and butter.
Pour into unbaked pie shell
Sprinkle lightly with salt.
Dot with butter.
Make covering as desired.
Bake at 300º for 1 hour and 15 minutes
