2 large Onions, chopped
1 Loaf day old Bread, cubed
½ cup Butter
1 cup Celery, chopped
4 Eggs
2 tsps. Salt
⅛ tsp. Pepper
1 Tbsp. Poultry Seasoning
½ cup Water or Chicken Broth
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Sauté the butter, onion and celery until tender, let cool, if you don't it will cook the eggs when you add them together.

Blend eggs and chicken broth and add seasonings. Combined with the cooled onion and celery mixture.

Pour over bread cubes until wet. Mix gently with hands.

Place in a greased 9x13 pans. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
