1 cup wine vinegar
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1 cup honey or molasses
2 tbsp liquid smoke
6 cups ketchup
1 cup onions (fine diced)
2 cloves garlic (fine diced)
2 tbsp season salt
2 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large stock pot, put all ingredients together. Put on stove and cook on medium heat for 30 to 45 minutes. This sauce can be used on any kind of meat.

This is the yummy sauce that Mamaw Janet always made for the hog and pig roasts that Papaw Charlie cooked at. Its not spicy and its really good.
