Lemon
Parmesan/Pecorino
Micro Broccoli
Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Onion
truffle Oil
Red Pepper Flakes
Pepper
Salt
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 425º (?) Lay Asparagus on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 20 min.

Roast Brussels with onion, truffle oil and red pepper flakes.

Chop & mash all vegetables. Add pepper, parmesan/pecorino. Mix well. Spoon and smash onto greased baking sheet. Bake 375º 10 min or until crispy.
