5 pounds potatoes
1-2 cubes butter
1-2 packages cream cheese, softened
½ cup to ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
½ tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces that are generally the same size. Bring a large pot of water to a simmer and add the potatoes. Bring to a boil and cook until fork slides in easily to the potatoes. Potatoes should not fall apart. Drain the potatoes then put back into the pot on the stove. Mash, mash, mash. Do not use the mixer.
