1-3/4- cups flour
2- tsp baking powder
1- or 2 T sugar
1/2- tsp salt
3- beaten egg yokes
1-3/4- cups milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3- egg whites-beaten stiffly
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. combine yolks and milk. Stir in oil and mi Gently, fold in beaten egg whites, do not over mix. Pour about 1/2- cup at a time into waffle iron.

So light and fluffy!
