Crunchy Romaine Toss
Ingredients:

1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 pkg. Ramen noodles (uncooked), broken up (discard flavor packet)
4 tbsp butter
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
1 head romaine lettuce, washed and broken into pieces
1 red onion, thinly sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Brown walnuts and noodles in butter; cool on paper towels. Combine noodles and walnuts with lettuce, broccoli, and onion. Pour dressing over.
 

Sweet and Sour Dressing
Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
3 tsp. Soy sauce
Salt and pepper

Blend all vegetables and pour over salad.
