CRUST:
3/4 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 small pkg. vanilla pudding
3 t. soft butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

FILLING:
1 15-20 oz. can sliced peaches, sliced

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 t. peach juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crust ingredients & beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased pie pan. Spoon peaches on batter.

Mix filling ingredients and beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Spoon mixture on top to 1" to edge. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar, and bake at 350' for 30-45 minutes. May appear to be done, but still doughy.
