1 c. water
½ c. butter - no substitutions
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (3.9 oz.) pkgs. instant pudding, chocolate or vanilla
3½ c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
¼ c. chocolate ice cream topping
¼ c. caramel ice cream topping
1 c. chopped almonds, opt.

For crust: In saucepan, over medium heat, bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour all at once. Stir until smooth ball forms. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat until smooth. Spread in a greased 9X13 pan.

Bake at 400º for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.

For filling: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, instant pudding mixes, and cold milk until smooth. Spread over puff and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

For topping: Spread with whipped topping and refrigerate until serving. Drizzle with chocolate and caramel ice cream toppings. Sprinkle with shopped almonds. ( If desired). Refrigerate leftovers.
