Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c. Whole Milk
4 tbsp. Butter
2 pkt. Yeast
4 c. Flour
½ c. Sugar
2 tsp. Salt
1 Egg
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Warm 2 cups whole milk and 4 tbsp. butter in sauce pan on low heat.

Add 2 packets of yeast to 1/2 cup warm water with a pinch of salt, set aside.

Add 4 cups of flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 egg and milk mixture to mixer bowl. Using paddle wheel attachment, mix until combined. Add foamy yeast mixture and mix until smooth. Change to kneading attachment and slowly add as much of the remaining 2 cups of flour until the mixer slows.

Dump dough out onto a floured surface and knead remaining flour into mixture. Form into a ball and place in greased covered bowl and allow to rise until double in size. Usually 1 hour.

Place dough on floured surface, punch down and divide in two. Pat dough into rectangle, about 9x12, from short end, fold in thirds and roll, creating loaf. Place seam side down into greased bread pans. Cover and allow to rise until double in size, about 45 minutes.

Bake for 30-35 minutes at 375º. After the first 17 minutes, rotate and cover with foil tents.
