Cheese Sauce


Ingredients:

2 tbsp. margarine
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
¼ tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, stir in flour, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly. After it comes to a boil, stir for 2 minutes more. Add cheese, stir until melted.

Breads of your choice
turkey
ham
bacon tomato

Directions:
Directions:
2 or 3 pieces of bread toasted lightly

Place bread on an oven plate

layer meats (turkey, ham, bacon and tomato)

add a slice of bread, add another layer of meats as shown above

Cover with a couple spoonsful of sauce and top with bread.

Cover with remaining sauce.

Put in broiler 2-3 minutes, until cheese bubbles.
