I used Ezekiel sesame bread and dairy free cheese and butter- you
can use whatever
brand you like!
In a skillet, brown 2lbs of ground
venison (I used my mule deer
from Nebraska)
Once meat is browned, add 6oz
tomato paste, 1 cup water, and
2 packets of sloppy joe dry seasoning
Turn to low to keep warm

On a separate griddle, add buttered bread (butter side
down), add a cheese slice. I
grilled 4 pieces of bread at once and then once the bread
was ready to take off the
griddle, I added the sloppy joe mix and pieced the two
pieces of bread together.
