1.5lb elk sirloin
1 bag small red potatoes- diced
1 bag carrots
1 white onion- diced
Beef broth
Cabelas steak seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
In a crock pot, add all ingredients. Use enough
broth to cover all ingredients or do 1/2 broth
and 1/2 water.
Add generous amount of seasoning and stir.
Cook on high 4-6 hours or until elk is cooked
throughout.
Shred elk and enjoy
