2 - 6½ oz. minced clams
1 cup onion (chopped)
1 cup celery (chopped)
2 potatoes (cubed)
1 cup (diced) carrots
¾ cup butter
1 qt. ½ & ½
½ tbsp. salt & sugar

Directions:
Drain juice from clams. Pour over vegetables in sauce pan. Add enough water to cover. Simmer until tender. Melt butter, add flour and blend. Add cream. Add clams and seasoning.
