1 lb. pkg. O’Brien hash browns
2 lb. pkg. pork sausage
1 c. chopped onion
¼ lb. cheddar cheese, grated
¼ lb. Swiss cheese, grated
5 eggs
1 – 12oz can evaporated milk
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Press potatoes in greased pan. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes. Brown sausage and onion (I do that the night before.) and put on top of potatoes. Beat milk and eggs together. Add nutmeg, parsley, salt and pepper. Pour on top of sausage. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
