2 slices of Fresh Bread
2 Eggs
1 lb. Ground Beef
Milk
1 tsp. Mustard
handful of chopped Onions
Spices

Glaze
2 tsps. Kitchen Bouquet
1 tsp. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up slices of bread in a large bowl, break eggs over bread.

Break up beef in bowl, drizzle with milk.

Add mustard & onion; throw in whatever spices you would like, in whatever amount you want.

Mix with hands until blended - if too dry add more milk, if too wet add another slice of bread or breadcrumbs.

Spray 9x5x3 loaf pan with Pam. Form the meat into a loaf and place in pan.

Mix glaze ingredients together and brush over the top and sides of meatloaf. This produces a beautifully browned exterior that seals in a wonderful moist interior.

Bake at 350º for one hour. Let rest at least 15 minutes before serving.
