16 oz hash browns
5 eggs
1 c. pepper cheese
2 c. diced ham
¾ c. melted butter
1 c. milk
2 c. Swiss cheese




Directions:
Directions:
Place hash browns in a 9x13 pan. Pour melted butter over hash browns and bake at 425º for 45 mins. if hash browns are frozen. If they are thawed, then bake only 25 mins.

Beat eggs and milk. Add grated pepper and Swiss cheeses and ham. Pour over baked hash browns and bake at 350º for 30 mins.
