3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup chopped green onions
1/4 lb. prosciutto, diced
2 cups heavy cream
1 (8oz) can tiny peas
1 lb. bow tie pasta, cooked, drained
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Freshly grated Parmesan or asiago cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Roll the chicken in the bread crumbs to coat. Sauté the chicken and garlic in olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until chicken is half cooked. Stir in green onions and prosciutto. Sauté until chicken is cooked through. reduce heat. Add the cream and peas and heat until mixture starts to thicken, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour over the pasta. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese. Serve
