2 tablespoons butter
1 heaping tablespoon flour
½ teaspoon paprika
1 cup cold water
4 cups boiling water
2 medium potatoes, diced
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
½ cup sauerkraut juice

Directions:
-Brown butter and flour to light brown

-Add paprika and cold water

-Boil until dissolved

-Add to pot of boiling water

-Season with salt and pepper

-Add potatoes and mushrooms and cook until potatoes are tender

-Add sauerkraut juice

-Add noodles

1 egg
1 cup flour
water
Directions:
Directions:
-Combine egg and enough flour to make a stiff dough

-Chop dough until mixture resembles small peas

-Sprinkle with flour to prevent sticking

-Cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes

-Drain and rinse with cold water

-Add noodles to soup
