1 lb. Sausage
1 pkg. Peppered Sausage Gravy Mix
1 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
6 Eggs
½ c. Milk
½ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
1 can Pillsbury Grand Biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Spray a 9x13 baking dish with Pam.

Cut biscuits into 1" pieces and line the bottom of the dish.

Brown the sausage and scatter over the biscuits. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Whisk the eggs and milk with salt and pepper and pour over the biscuits.

Make the gravy mix per the package directions and pour over.

Bake for about 30-45 minutes, until eggs are set.
