¾ cup Margarine, softened
¾ cup Peanut Butter
1 cup Light Brown Sugar, firmly packed
2 Eggs
2 Tbsps. Milk
1 ½ cups Flour, sifted
1 tsp. Baking Soda
⅛ tsp. Salt
1 ½ cups Unsalted Roasted Peanuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream first 3 ingredients together until light and fluffy. Add eggs and milk, beat until smooth. Mix in flour, baking soda & salt, stir in peanuts.

Drop by level tablespoons, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool on cookies sheet for 1 minute. Cool completely on wire racks.
