6 Large Tomatoes: Cored and quartered
1 Red Onion: Peeled and quartered
3 Garlic Cloves: Peeled
3 Jalapenos: Stemmed and seeded
1 Bunch of Cilantro: Mostly stemmed
3 TBSP Lime Juice
2 TSP Cumin
2 TSP Sugar
1.5 TSP Salt
15oz Crushed Tomatoes
4oz Diced Green Chiles

Directions:
Directions:
Place tomatoes, garlic, and jalapenos into a food processor and chop. Move chopped tomatoes, garlic, and jalapenos to a frying pan with a small bit of olive oil, bringing to a boil. Remove from heat. Put tomatoes, garlic, and jalapenos into a mixing bowl for later.

Place onion, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, sugar, and salt into a food processor and chop. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and green chiles and puree until desired blend.

Pour blended ingredients into the mixing bowl with tomatoes, garlic, and jalapenos. Mix ingredients well. Transfer to container(s) and refrigerate.
