1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup red wine
3 T brown mustard
3 T Worcester sauce

This is a great recipe to put in the crock pot to have dinner cooked when you return home from work. You can use almost any cut of boneless beef, you do not need to measure the ingredients exactly, and you can serve over rice or noodles with a salad or any green vegetable on the side.
