2 lb large shrimp
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp salad oil, I use olive oil
3/4 cup raw rice
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup minced red bell pepper
1/4 cup minced onion
1 teas salt
1 teas pepper
1/8 teas mace
Dash cayenne
1 can undiluted condensed tomato soup
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Sherry
1/2 cup slivered almonds for spreading on top
1/2 cup paprika

Directions:
Early in day, shell and devein shrimp. Cook in boiling salted water for 5 min. Drain. Place in a 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle wit lemon juice and oil. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Meanwhile, cook rice as label directs, drain. Refrigerate all.

About an hour before serving, preheat oven to 350.

In skillet, sauté pepper and onion in butter 5 min..add to shrimp in casserole with rice, and rest of ingredients except almonds. Sprinkle with almonds and paprika

Bake 55 min or until bubbly.
