1 lb. regular or hot Jimmy Dean sausage
1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 lg. box Velveeta cheese cubed
or other nacho cheese sauce

Directions:
Brown meat with onion in fry pan, drain fat and add soups, tomatoes, cheese and stir occasionally until melted. Can keep warm in a crock pot. Serve with Fritos or corn chips. It freezes well. Variation- you can omit the hamburger or the soup and it is still delicious.

We got this recipe from a sweet couple who were next door when we stayed in a nice cabin near Lamar, Colorado while we were waiting to pick up a New Pump Rig. Boy I wish I had her name.
