Directions:
Place olive oil in a skillet and cook chunked chicken over med heat until no pink.
On a cookie sheet unroll one of the two pie crusts from the box.
Using a rolling pin, roll a little thinner than it is right from the box.
Open frozen vegetables and poor over raw dough with in edges of dough.
Place cooked chicken on top of vegetables evenly distributed.
Sprinkle with bag of cheese or place cheese chunks evenly.
Open and take condensed soup and place dollops evenly around on top of vegetables, chicken and cheese.
Carefully place second pie dough over mound you have created on 1st pie crust and lift edges from bottom to meet the top crust around the edges and pinch together to form a pie edge.
Once the pot pie is closed all the way around and pinched to form a edge take a knife and poke four holes in the top of the crust for venting.
Pre- heat oven to 350º and cook the pie for about an hour or until the pie is golden brown.
