¾ pound rigatoni
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound spicy or sweet Italian sausage (casing removed)
1 bell pepper(Not Green) cut into ¼ inch strips
1 small yellow squash cut into round about ¼ inch
2 pounds cherry tomatoes cut in half
Red pepper flakes
Grated Romano or Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot of boiling salted water cook pasta according to package instructions.
Reserve ½ cup pasta water and then drain.
Meanwhile in a large skillet heat 1 tablespoon oil one med/high heat.
Add sausage and cook until crumbly and cooked through.
With slotted spoon transfer sausage to a bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon oil and bell pepper to skillet cooking about 6 minutes.
Add squash and half of the tomatoes to skillet and cook one minute.
Add ¼ cup pasta water and simmer until tomatoes soften.
Return sausage to pan and add remaining tomatoes.
Season with red pepper flakes.
Cook until sausage is warmed through and sauce is thicken slightly 1-2 minute.
Toss with pasta (if necessary you can add more pasta water to make a wetter pasta)
Serve with Grated cheese.
