7 oz. Elbow Macaroni, uncooked
3 tbsp. Flour
¼ c. Butter
2 c. Milk
8 oz. Cream Cheese
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
2 tsp. Mustard
2 c. Cheddar Cheese

1 c. Bread Crumbs, fresh
2 tbsp. Parsley

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º

Cook macaroni according to directions, drain.

Meanwhile, in 3 qt. saucepan melt 1/4 cup butter, stir in flour. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth and bubbly, about 1 minute.

Stir in milk, cream cheese, salt, pepper and mustard. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until sauce is smooth and thick, about 3 minutes.

Stir in macaroni and cheddar cheese. Pour into 2 qt. casserole dish. In small bowl stir together remaining ingredients and sprinkle over macaroni and cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
