1 pound uncooked Cavatelli pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound sweet Italian sausage casing removed
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves of garlic minced
16 oz. of fresh or frozen broccoli florets
2 cups chicken broth or stock
2 tablespoon Romano Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions in a 6 quart sauce pot.
Drain pasta in colander and return to sauce pot.
Heat oil in ten inch skillet over med-high heat.
Add sausage and cook until well browned and crumbly.
Remove from skillet and pour off any fat.
Add butter and garlic to same skillet and reduce heat to medium.
Cook for two minutes or until garlic is golden, stirring often.
Add broccoli for 5 minutes and continue to stir often.
Stir in broth and bring to a boil.
Add Broccoli mixture, sausage and cheese to the sauce pot.
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes and stir occasionally.
Serve with extra cheese and crushed red pepper if desired.
