4 large baked potatoes
⅔ cup butter
⅔ cup flour
6 cups milk (you can use whole or 2%)
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
4 green onions chopped
12 slices of bacon fried and crumbled
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes in half and scoop out pulp and put in small bowl.
Melt butter in large kettle and add flour.
Gradually stir in milk and continue to stir until smooth, thickened and bubbly.
Stir in potato pulp and salt and pepper.
Then add ¾ of the onions, bacon and cheese.
Cook until heated through.
Stir in sour cream.
Transfer to slow cooker to keep warm on low heat.
When you serve top with remaining bacon, onions and cheese.
