Ingredients:
2 ½ c. Flour
6 tbsp. Cornstarch
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 c. Butter, cold (2 sticks)
⅔ c. White Sugar
⅔ c. Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
¾ bag Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 475º

In a small mixing bowl whisk together flour, corn starch, salt and baking soda.

Cut sticks of cold butter into small pieces, so it blends better.

In large mixing bowl combine the butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla and mix well.

Gently add in the dry ingredients into the butter mixture. Add in the chocolate chips and gently fold in until fully combined.

Using a full size tablespoon, make cookie dough balls and place them on parchment paper covered baking sheet.

Bake for 7-10 minutes or until the tops of the cookies get golden brown (keep an eye on them, ovens cook differently).

Remove from oven and let them cool (they'll continue to cook on the inside while they cool).

Personal Notes:
These cookies don't flatten out!

Original recipe called for one full bag of chocolate chips but I ended up with a bowl full of chocolate chips after making the dough balls, which is why I reduced the amount of chocolate chips.
