Beef Ribs Slab

Dry Rub:
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Cumin
1/4 Tsp Thyme

Texas Red BBQ Sauce : - Blend Together - lk
2 1/2 Cup Ketchupm, ,
3/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
3/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Cup Hot Sauce
1/3 Cup Water
3 1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 1/4 Tbsp Cumin
1/2 Tsp Allspice
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
3/4 Tbsp Salt
2 Tbsp Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove membrane from back slab of Ribs and Season generously both sides of Ribs with the Dry Rub.

Heat smoker to 250º andº Smoke for about 2 to 3 hours at 250º until meat Thermometer reaches about 200 - 205º.

Remove from Smoker and add Texas Red Sauce before serving or save Sauce to add on according to likes of individual
