1 ½ lb round steak
2 T oil
2 green bell peppers, thinly sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 c water
¼ c soy sauce
½ t pepper
½ t beef bouillon powder
¼ t garlic powder
¼ t ground ginger
2 T cornstarch
2 T water
Hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Pound steak and cut into bite-sized pieces. Brown meat in hot oil in large skillet; drain. Remove meat and stir fry peppers, onions, pepper, garlic and ginger. Add meat, water, and soy sauce. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 55 minutes, stirring occasionally. Combine cornstarch and water, stirring well. Gradually stir mixture into steak mixture. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
