2 - 10 oz. boxes frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and well drained
1 med-large onion finely chopped
3 cups Pepperidge Farm Stuffing *
½ cup parmesan cheese
4 eggs - beaten
¾ cup melted butter
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon garlic
½ teaspoon salt
Pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together

Form into balls (approx. 1½ inches in diameter) and place on cookie sheet

Freeze completely, then place in freezer bag

Bake frozen 30-45 minutes or until browned at 375º

Turn over halfway thru cooking

approx. 42 using small scoop and approx 30 using larger scoop

* I buy stuffing cubes and then crush them up leaving some of it in larger pieces.


**If you can't get the stuffing cubes, use croutons and smash them. You may need to reduce the amount of butter slightly.**
