2 - 10 oz. boxes frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and well drained
1 onion finely chopped
2 ½ cups Pepperidge Farm Stuffing *
¼ cup parmesan cheese
4 eggs - beaten
¾ cup melted butter
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon garlic
½ teaspoon salt
Pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together

Form into balls (approx. 1½ inches in diameter) and place on cookie sheet

Freeze completely, then place in freezer bag

Bake frozen 15 - 20 minutes or until browned at 350º

Turn over halfway thru cooking

* I buy stuffing cubes and then crush them up leaving some of it in larger pieces.


**If you can't get the stuffing cubes, use croutons and smash them. You may need to reduce the amount of butter slightly.**
