10- oz Package chopped spinach, cooked and drained
Dash of Nutmeg
One cup cottage cheese
½ onion diced
½ can water chestnuts drained and sliced
7 oz can crabmeat drained and flaked
1 cup Tomato Juice
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp. Soy Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix nutmeg with cooked, drained spinach and spread in small cassarole dish. Combine cottage cheese, onions, and watter chestnuts and pour over spinach. Top this with crab meat. Bake 20 in pre-heated oven, (350º).
