1 lb dried pinto beans
2 lb sausage, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
½ package Chili-O-Mix
1 t salt
½ t pepper
¼ t garlic powder
3 quarts of water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything in a large pot. Add about 3 quarts of water. Bring to boil and then lower heat so it continues to boil gently. Cook for about 2 hours or until beans are soft. Boil for a few minutes to thicken gravy. Serve over rice.
