1 lb ground beef, use oil if very lean
½ c. chopped onion
2 T. flour
⅓ c. ketchup
1 T. mustard
½ t. salt
¼ t. pepper
1 c. milk, cream, or sour cream
½ t. chili powder (optional)
8 hamburger buns

Directions:

Brown hamburger and add onion. Cook until onion is transparent. Mix in remaining ingredients, except buns; simmer 10-20 minutes. Serve hot on toasted split buns.
