11/2 lb ground turkey
1 large onion
4 cloves garlic
2 celery stalks chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
2 large cans whole tomatoes
2 cans kidney beans
4 tbsp. chili powder
4 tbsp. celery flakes
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp red pepper
1/2 cup chopped green chili

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion and garlic in a little oil. Add turkey and other vegetables and cook well. Add tomatoes beans and seasonings and cook on low for 1 to 2 hours.
