3 c. Egg Noodles
1 tbsp. Butter
1 sm. Onion, diced
2 stalks Celery, diced
⅔ c. Frozen Peas, thawed
1 can Tuna, drained
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
⅓ c. Milk
1 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. Parsley

Topping
½ c. Panko Bread Crumbs or Crushed Saltines
2 tbsp. Butter, melted
½ c. Cheddar Cheese
1 tbsp. Parsley

Preheat oven to 425º

Combine topping ingredients and set aside.

Boil noodles al dente according to package directions. Drain and rise under cold water.

Cook onion and celery in butter until tender, about 7 minutes.

In a large bowl combine noodles, onion mixture, peas, soup, milk, cheese, tuna and parsley. Mix well.

Spread into 2 qt. casserole dish and top with crumb topping.

Bake 18-20 minutes until bubbly.
