1 baked pie shell
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
10oz bottle 7-Up or Sprite
¾ cup sugar
4 tbsp cornstarch
4 tbsp strawberry gelatin
Red food coloring
1 carton cool-whip or other whipped topping
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cornstarch, 7-Up and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thick.
Add food coloring and dissolve gelatin in mixture. Let cool thoroughly.
Add sliced strawberries to mixture.
Poor into baked pie shell and top with cool-whip or whipped cream.
Chill in refrigerator until gelatin sets.
