6" cone shaped foam
2 bags Christmas Hershey Kisses
Sturdy toothpicks
Tree topper
Directions:
Directions:
Snap or cut toothpicks in half. Insert clean end of toothpick into wide end of the kiss and push into foam. Start at the bottom, alternating colors, going around the bottom and working your way to the top.

If you have something for the tree top poke it in the top of the tree.

You can use a 9" foam tree, but you'll need 3 bags of kisses.
