1 rotisserie chicken
2 10oz packages of frozen broccoli or 3 cups of steamed broccoli crowns
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp curry powder
½ cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup soft bread crumps
1 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli until tender. Arrange broccoli in greased 12x8x1½ baking dish.
Pull rotisserie chicken of the bone and arrange on top of broccoli.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder; pour over chicken and broccoli.
Sprinkle top with cheese.
Melt butter is skillet, add bread crumps and stir. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes then sprinkle bread crumps on top of cheese.
Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

This seems to be a favorite for the ladies. The Kelly boys hate this dish, make sure you have alternate or make them bring their own food when they are around. Make sure you use sharp cheddar cheese.
