1 C grated parmesan
2 Tbs dried parsley
1 Tbs oregano
1 Tbs garlic powder
2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
2 to 3 chicken breasts, split, skinned, boned & pounded thin
1/2 C melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 350º
Combine cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic, paprika, salt & pepper
Dip chicken in melted butter, then roll in cheese mixture.
Place on al foil lined baking sheet
Baker 45 min.
