1½ lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion chopped
1 l5¼ oz. can corn, drained
1 can mushroom soup
1½ c. cheddar cheese shredded
½ c. milk
¼ c. sour cream
1 30-oz. bag frz. tater tots
½ green pepper chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes, UNdrained

Set oven to 375°.
Grease 9x13” pan. Thaw tater tots. Cook onion, beef and green pepper. Drain. Combine soup, milk, Rotel tomatoes, and sour cream. Whisk 'til smooth. Add to hamburger. Add corn and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Gently mix. Layer half of tater tots on bottom, pour beef mixture over top and remaining tater tots. Sprinkle with ½ cup cheese. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
