1 large container Clamato juice
1 L of vegetable stock
1 large can diced tomatoes
2 cans of manilla claims, with juice
6 or 8 red skin potatoes
2 to 3 cups of corn
4 stalks celery, chopped fine with mandolin
4 carrots, halved and chopped fine with mandolin
Large bag prawns, tails removed
3 large pieces of white fish, chopped
1 onion, chopped fine
Thyme
Parsley
Bread for serving

I guessed at all of those ingredient amounts. I dont often use recipes!

Saute the onion. Meanwhile, add all liquid ingredients to pot and bring to boil.
Add in potatoes, cook for 5 or 10 minutes, then add remaining vegetables.
Add in clams and their juice, and chopped fish, and then add prawns last.
Cook another 15 minutes or so, and serve with fresh thyme and parsley, and some nice crusty bread!
