4 or 5 chicken breasts (boiled and cut into cubes)
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion (chopped)
2 stalks of celery (chopped)
1/2 cup milk
2 boxes stove top stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix together chicken, mayo, butter, soup, onion, celery and milk. Prepare one box of stuffing as directed on box. Put stuffing in bottom of a baking pan. Pour chicken mixture over stuffing in pan. Prepare second box of stuffing as directed on box. Put stuffing over the chicken mixture. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
