2 cups butter
3 cups sugar
7 eggs, separated + 1 whole egg for brushing
¾ cup warm milk
2 Tbsp ammonia
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
6-7 cups of flour ( a little more or a little less, enough to make a soft dough)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff, then set aside

2. In a separate large bowl, beat butter and sugar for about 10 min. Then add the egg yolks. Beat well

3. In another bowl, add ammonia to warm milk and mix

4. In another bowl, mix together flour, b. powder & vanilla

5. Add a little flour mixture to the eggs/sugar. Continue to alternate with milk mixture and end with the flour mixture. Add egg whites. Add more flour if needed.

6. Let rest x 15 min

7. Make into cookies

8. Brush with whole egg

9. Bake until done.
