1 stick butter or margarine
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
1 (10 oz) package peanut butter chips (divided)
1 (10 oz) package semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
1 ½ cups sweetened coconut flakes
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 ½ tsp shortening (do not use butter, margarine or oil)

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 350º

2. Place butter in 13x9x2 pan. Heat in oven until melted. Remove pan and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over butter; press down with fork.

3. Mix 1 cup peanut butter chips & 1 cup chocolate chips and spread evenly over crust

4. Sprinkle coconut over chips

5. Repeat step 3 and sprinkle evenly over coconut

6. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top

7. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned

FROSTING
1. In small microwave safe bowl, place chocolate chips and shortening.

2. Microwave on high for 1 minute then stir. If necessary, microwave on high for an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each time.

3. After chips are melted, drizzle evenly over the top of baked mixture.

4. Cool completely before serving. The longer they sit , the better

Make these the day before or at least 4-5 hours before serving. They taste better and are easier to serve when completely cooled.
