1 (8oz.) package cream cheese, cubed
1/4 c. butter or margarine, cubed
3 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

1- Combine all ingredients in crockpot, mixing well.
2- cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
